Combining the fine ingredients and Chinese style cooking style, these dishes embody the owner’s take about Chinese cuisine and his understanding about customers’ needs. The Spicy Mango Chicken Chinese Style is added with a fruity kick, making for a perfect summer treat. The Hawaii Five “O” is a combination of lobster, shrimp, scallop, chicken and beef which is later garnished with vegetables. Spicy Curry Beef is a great appeal to the customers who like a bit ethnic flavor.

What really sets the restaurant apart is the special homemade sauce. Of course, the recipe is a secret but customers won’t mind as long as it continues to be offered. The customers are treated like part of the family.  “They can consider it as their kitchen,” says Mr. Poon, “we are always ready to provide them an impressive dining experience.”
